Delivery Policy
All orders will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. We close order at 5 PM everyday & we process every order on same day.
In order to give customers a good shopping experience,
if you are not satisfied with the purchase you received,
you can contact us at Info@ashbird.co.uk to send detailed information about your order number,
and we will deal with related issues such as return payment as soon as possible.
Please note that if the item crashes during transportation,
we will bear the shipping cost. However,
if there are no problems with the returned goods,
you will need to pay for shipping.
To be eligible for a return,
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Pre-Order:
You can view the estimated delivery dates for products by clicking on the “Delivery & Returns Policy” tab on the product page.
Post-Order:
For up-to-date order status, click on the “Track Packages” link in the My Orders section on the Welcome page on My Account.
We’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your items leave the warehouse.
